Treatment for Fish Lice That's Safe For Scaleless Fish?
I have what I believe is fish lice in my aquarium on my Honey Gourami just above his eye - close enough to the eye I don't dare remove it manually. I already tried General Cure a couple weeks ago, but the fish lice seem to be immune to it. Apparently that's not uncommon with fish lice, and Potassium ...

Euthanasia Methods for Corydoras
I have a very sick Panda Cory that I am thinking I may have to euthanize. I isolated him in a 10 gallon quarantine aquarium 3 weeks ago because I saw that he was lying on his side or upside down and incapable of sitting upright or swimming. I have been doing daily water changes, which have had no ...

Pygmy Corydoras Behavior ?
I have a few questions about Pygmy Cories. Firstly, I've heard they are mid-water swimmers more than bottom dwellers and I was wondering if, in addition to that, Pygmy Cories would be out in the open more. My Pandas seem to mostly stay under cover during the day and mostly come out during the ...

Re: Will C. Pandas hybridize or be outcompeted with other Co
It would be really neat to have a Cory out and about more during the day. Roughly how large of a percentage of time a day would the Aeneus Cories be out and about where I could see them? I've never tried to induce my Cories to spawn, but they've still tripled their numbers with their breeding. In a ...

Will C. Pandas hybridize or be outcompeted with other Cories
I'm thinking about getting a second type of Corydoras Catfish in with my Panda Cories down the road in my 75 gallon. In particular, I'm interested in Julii Cories, False Julii Cories, or Aeneus Cories. I've heard that some Cories will hybridize, and was wondering if any of those would hybridize with ...

Re: Antibacterial meds that are safe for corys?
Maracyn and Maracyn II are safe to use with scaleless fish. I've used it with my Panda Cories without any losses.

Re: API Fungus Cure safe to use w/ Panda Cories?
The instructions do not say anything either way. Nor does the web site, and I can't find anything either way on google either - nothing that says its safe, but also nothing that says it is dangerous for Cory Cats/Armored Catfish. Water Quality tests: 0 Ammonia 0 Nitrite 10 Nitrate Well, I just got a ...

API Fungus Cure safe to use w/ Panda Cories?
I have a 75 gallon community tank that I think is in the very beginning stages of having a fungal problem - only one of my Harlequin Rasboras so far is showing symptoms. I want to go ahead and treat the tank to prevent a further outbreak and take care of the little sick fish, but I'm worried about ...

Is this really an Oto?
Just got three of these from my LFS today, thinking they were Otos, but now I'm worried that they might be Chinese Algae Eaters or something. Here's some pictures, if you can't tell from these or its iffy then please tell me and I'll try to get some more: http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a86/Akeath2 ...
