Red Lizard Whiptails
I have 6 of these guys, most about 3" long. I know that it would be best to keep them in a tank all to themselves, but I have a limited amount of tanks and space. Will they breed despite being housed with some juvenile ancistris claro? If all conditions are right? Thank you

Re: L-201's ordered
Thank you! Do you feed them after you turn the lights out on the aquarium? They're a little skittish during the day.

Re: L-201's ordered
I just received some too from someone on AB. They're F-1s, but they are awesome. I tried to look them up on the cat-e-log, but theres not a whole lot of info. I hope you don't mind me asking on your thread, but are these guys mostly meat eaters? I've tried some bloodworms but they didn't look too ...

Re: Rain water
No, I live in the country. But I've been catching the water that runs off my tin roof. Is that a problem? The roof is like 3 years old. I don't think there is any rust on it yet. I did seem to collect a lot of debri though. I checked it with some test strips and it is extremely soft. The strip ...

Rain water
I'm not sure if these is the right place to post this, but since most plecos seem to require soft water, I thought I'd ask here. I've read where many people use rain water for their tanks. How do you prepare the rain water? I mean do you boil it lst before putting it in your tank?

Hi,
This is my first post here. I have managed to breed bristle nose plecos before and would like to try something a little more challanging, but not too challanging! Would these guys be a good choice? Anyone who has expirience with them, any info. would be appreciated.

Re: OMG! a baby! lol! :-D
Hi! This is my first post here, but just wanted to say the same thing happened to me. I have a heavily planted (overgrown is more like it) 10 gallon tank. I was sitting in front of it one morning and lo and behold, I saw 2 C.hastastus babies. I couldn't beleive my eyes. Since then I have seen them ...
