Hi, everyone. I'm Arya from city of Jakarta, Indonesia, the (usually) underrated 4th most populous nation in the world.... :oops: But, I'm very proud of it, since most of tropical fishes being exported from Singapore, actually bred or caught in Indonesia... :mrgreen: It's hard to find beautiful ...

Is it a L354 or what?
Its seller told me that it is a L354 (Oligancistrus sp. "large spot"). However when I looked at the Cat-alogue, it seemed to be a L309, since it has a smaller dorsal fin that L354 and it has some "brushes" on its cheeks. Now it sizes about TL 50 mm (5 cm/2 inch). Could you help me ID my pleco ...

Thanks for your advice, pleco_breeder and MatsP. Yesterday I tried to catch it, it took ages pursuing it all over the tank and still I couldn't catch it.... :oops: But fortunately I still could notice that it has only 9 dorsal rays, on the other hand unfortunately I couldn't take a picture of its ...

Please help ID my Ancistrus!
When I purchased this little guy the seller told me that it is a L183 (Ancistrus dolichopterus), but I noticed that it has no white margin on its dorsal fin and tail, except small patches of white at the tips of the tail. Is it a L071 or what? :? Now, its size is about 80 mm. Sorry for unclear ...
