Make sure to keep the bottom of bare bottom tanks/fry savers super clean. Bacteria builds and if they are exposed to or consume it they will die. I reccomend you use a small paint brush - brand new and super clean to lightly brush the bottom of the tank to loosen the bacteria (do it every couple of ...

I missed out on the 4 for sale regrettably, Flash pleco's are very hard to come by and the cheapest I've seen them is for sale by MIKEW months ago on www.plecofanatics.com Australian classifieds - $375 ea @ 3-4cm. Hi guys, I recall Farid posting that he uses a brush (presumably a paint type/size) to clean out the bottom of his tanks every day or two as he also was using bare bottom - though presumably only for the fry as his tanks in his gallery look fantastic and have substrate in them.
