I've tried calling them; no answer. I occasionally get 'this number is busy' - but have yet to speak to anyone. I called my bank, and they can't do anything. They say I need to contact the company. Like I'm not trying :/ Consumers advice also told me that the only thing I can do is to contact them ...

I bought a vivarium from Premier-Aquatics about a month back too, and still awaiting refund. (Same situation as all the others.. website down etc..) (I was also getting emails from paul@thelivingseas.uk.com, about the refund) Has anyone got a contact number for them? Bank says they can't do anything ...
