I'm using PVC CEMENT to seal off the leaking from my PVC that will be connected to drain and deliver water to my fish tanks. Is this safe or not?

I can see mine looks similar to the one the photo with the neon orange line but mine are a lot lighter pale white with the orange line.

Anyone has any info on these guys I can't find anything on them?
