Hello, in my tank I have a panaque maccus. I feed him tetra prima (pellets) , hikari algae wafers (tablets) and Sera wood tablets . I would like to feed him vegetable too, but he doesn't like it. What is the minimum aquarium that someone can use in order to breed a small panaque (such as panaque maccus ,panaque L'002 etc)?
Do you think that is better to have the catfish alone or with dithers?

If they were both males shouldn't they normally fight each other?
As my friend told me, the usually stay close and share the same hiding places in the tank.

Another factor that may make your Panaque more active is the temp. They should be kept at 26-29C. :D So I will increase the temperature of the water 1c I want to change the penguin tetra because they never swim as school... they swim alone...through the plants. I was thinking of 10-12 harlequins ...
