Re: C. hastatus permanent breeding set up
Beautiful pictures! I so want some of these! I have four habrosus and about eight pygmaeus in a 33L, along with a couple of albino aeneus, four pandas, some fancy guppies and a schistura loach. Trying to establish nice plants in there. Have a sponge filter (a big one) on one end and an Aquaclear 30 ...

Re: Have you heard of anyone succeeded in breeding C-140?

Re: Have you heard of anyone succeeded in breeding C-140?
apistomaster said: There seems to be several Corydoras species which are problematic in either obtaining a decent hatch rate or as in your experience you get many larvae but there is a high mortality rate before they under go final metamorphosis. For me these include C. duplicareous Ack! What seems ...

Re: Hatching & Raising fry
Do people use sand in their fry tanks, or bare bottoms? I read an article a while back (I think it was here) about raising adolfoi fry and the author said that they didn't have any luck until they put a thin layer of sand on the bottom of the fry tank. Has anyone else done this? And if so, what did ...
