Re: Synodontis eupterus fighting / bullying
two is usually not good. Do they have enough hidey holes? Maybe if you try one more re arrange the tank also and try to make some separate areas or hides for them

28 yrs is amazing, great job. Sorry for your loss.
I had 5 in a 75 and they just got too big for the tank, I rehomed 4 and kept one, his name is Johnny and is 6 yrs old. Just a baby apparently!

do common pl*cos normally go off veg/fruit somewhat w/age?
was just curious if that's normal as they get older. he is about 7 or 8 yrs old i think. seemingly totally healthy, no other changes cept the lack of interest in some fruit or veg.

I would stick to one proven food, Hikari algae wafers, for a few weeks until the fish gets its strength back and can be introduced to the main tank.
done. thank you racoll

yes I feel like that alot also, if I do not take them home soon they will perish in the store tank.
Is why i try to order all fish supplies on line! =))
My gold nugget is still here, eating and looking good.
He really went to town on the algae covered stones and he also likes the shrimp ...

Re: L183 is very sick!
hi! pretty pl*co , hope he makes it!
first thing i look to with not acting/looking right is water quality.
1/4 water change every mos seems way not enough to me, I agree with Mats.
I change 50% water every 4th day on all my tanks. Just got into the habit of it.
