Darien Darien, as in "dumbest place in the universe to try and establish a colony"..? So, of course, that's what exactly we Scots tried to do! But motorcyclist never care if they get to their destination. My corner store is one kilometer away but it's 11 lefts and 15 rights. :-BD That is so true! I regularly take about an hour longer than necessary to get home from work because the route somehow modifies itself to include every road in ...

she's a few horses short of the full hooligan you really have to translate that one, I googled it, but I have no clue what it means Sorry, one of my "hobbies" is taking perfectly good idioms and mangling them beyond recognition.. :) Mats' explanation is pretty much spot on. My favourite word about to be consigned to the dustbin? Rewind. Hmm.. not sure about that... My bet is that "rewind", "dial" etc will be around for a long time yet. We still talk about a gun barrel, despite the fact that barrel making techniques haven't been used to make gun barrels for 500 years ...

New clue iii) I have an LDA number.. Hmm.. had to go and look up "Moto3" (shows you how much I know  ) I think if there is any connection it is mostly clever marketing rather than technical. I have no idea what the fish is, but the bike looks to be a CBR125. Mats Close-ish.. it's the 250. I'm not sure if Honda sell the 125 here. I've never seen one anyway. I don't know if the D.O.W is a county, state or federal agency, but the policy around here seems to be that if a bear learns how to enter houses it is "toast".
