After looking at the fish suggested, I checked his belly and he does have spots. So based on this, does it appear that he is L205? I"m glad he's one of the small ones either way, as I think it will make it easier to find a new home for him. I think I'd prefer a Farlowella catfish, which eats algae ...

I have a pleco that is about 5" long and pretty fat--as he is probably 3 years old I think he may be stunted as he was in a 72 gallon tank with a 12" pleco, a 12+" iridescent shark, a 6" red devil, an 8" hoplo, a 9" hoplo, and 2 cory catfish.
