Dimensions 240 x 120 x 70cm (94 x 47 x 28") Volume 2016 litres, 443.5 UK gallons or 532.6 US gallons pH 6.5 to 7 Temperature 26.0-27.0°C or 78.8-80.6°F (Show species within this range) Current Medium Water Tank is fed with rainwater from our house supply, tap water has no mineral hardness so the tank has a few kgs of beach sand (crushed shell) to prevent pH from crashing due to the large amount of driftwood. pH fairly stable, TDS ~50-60ppm. Furniture Lots of wood, builders sand, massive Manuka stump, rocks, Panaque sawdust. Filtration Filtered by 2.2M sump. Two 50mm drains run into a settling chamber for collecting heavy waste, then through four 500x500x50mm sheets of Poret foam, then through 20L of Seachem Pond Matrix and some bio balls. Laguna MaxFlo 11000 pump, 40mm return plumbing, ~8500LPH. Tunze powerhead for added circulation. Lighting Current Satelite Plus Freshwater LEDs, 2x 48" and 2x 36" units, mounted on C-channel ~180mm above tank. Heating Five 300W heaters running off a controller set to 27C max (accurate to 1C, so temp sits between 26-27C) Feeding 1.
